30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unassembled
• In the original packaging with all tags included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hyeedstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Assembled or used ride-on cars or bikes
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different model or size, the quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this time you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hyeedstore@gmail.com.
